Landowners

Your Land Has a Story. Help Us Uncover It.

We partner with landowners across Central New England to responsibly conduct historical site exploration and document the rich history beneath your feet — all at no cost to you. Our relic hunting services bring expertise, respect, and a genuine love of history to every property we visit.

What We Find & How We Document It

From colonial-era coins and buttons to Civil War relics and Native American artifacts, we specialize in historical site exploration. Our relic hunting services allow us to photograph, log, and research every significant find, ensuring that you receive a full record of everything recovered from your land through our landowner partnerships.

Our No-Damage Pledge

What We Find & How We Document It

Every hole we dig during our historical site exploration is carefully filled and tamped before we leave. We employ pinpoint probes to minimize disturbance, ensuring your property remains undisturbed. We never conduct our relic hunting services near structures, gardens, or areas designated as off-limits by landowner partnerships. Your property will look exactly as we found it.

You Keep What You Choose

What We Find & How We Document It

You Keep What You Choose

During our historical site exploration, any find recovered from your property belongs to you first. We'll present everything we uncover, and you can decide what to keep, donate to a local historical society, or let us add to our club's documented collection through our relic hunting services, all while fostering strong landowner partnerships.

How It Works

Send us a message with a brief description of your property — general location, acreage, and any known history. We'll respond within a few days to discuss our relic hunting tailored for your landowner partnerships.

We Research Your Property

Before we ever set foot on your land, we conduct thorough historical site exploration, delving into historical maps, deeds, and town records to understand what may have happened there and where to focus our search.

We Detect, You Watch (or Don't)

On hunt day, you're welcome to join us in the field during our relic hunting, or simply let us work. Metal detecting is an exciting hobby, and we always respect your property above all else. If you have no interest in keeping any items we find, we would love the opportunity to preserve and keep the treasures we uncover on your land. We check in regularly, show you finds as they come up, and answer any questions you might have.
